Charsaphix

Charsaphix is similar to the CR9 black dragon in the Monster Manual, but with the following changes:
  1. The Snatch feat is for Huge creatures so I gave him Flyby Attack instead.
  2. He has more HPs than average.
  3. Slight change in skills with his prime skills now maxed out, and the ranks in Climb moved into Hide and Escape Artist.

Tactics

With good Move Silently and Hide scores he'll try and surprise opponents if he can. With good Spot/Listen he might notice opponents first. He'll power up with Mage Armor (+4 AC) and Protection Vs Good (+2 vs Good attacks and Saves). Charsaphix should lead with his breath weapon and try and get airborne, or stay airborne. He can then swoop back and forth using Wingover and Flyby Bite attacks (with 10' reach) until his breath weapon is ready again.
